Are there setup fees?
No setup fees on Starter and Growth. Enterprise includes a one-time onboarding fee covering source integration and historical data import.
What happens when the agent makes a mistake?
Every action is logged and reversible from the conversational interface. The agent escalates ambiguous calls to the human. Mode 3 (suggest and confirm) is the default for the first 30 days. Mode 1 (full autonomous) unlocks once accept-rate exceeds 95%.
Can the agent operate in French?
Yes. Bilingual English and French, day one. Other languages on the roadmap.
What about my existing platform?
Autopilot connects on top of ClearD, Descartes, Manhattan TMS, and similar. We do not require you to rip out your existing tools. Most operators run Autopilot in parallel for the first 30 days, then phase out the legacy platform.
How long is a typical contract?
Starter: month-to-month, no minimum.
Growth: month-to-month, 90-day notice.
Enterprise: 12 months, with a 30-day pilot upfront.
Where is my data stored?
Self-hosted on our own VPS, Canadian region by default. Encrypted at rest with restic backups to an off-VPS S3-compatible store. You retain full ownership and can export at any time.
